Each entry references the ingredient’s manufacturer, chemical composition, associated CAS and EINECS identifying numbers, general properties, applications and functions as provided by the manufacturer and other sources.

Part II—Trade Name Functional Cross-Reference contains an alphabetical listing of major cosmetic and personal care functional categories.

Part III—Chemical Component Cross-Reference contains an alphabetical listing of cosmetic and personal care chemical compounds.

Part IV—Manufacturers Directory contains detailed contact information for the manufacturers of the referenced products.
