Food Nutrient & Chemical Element Database
This program includes a comprehensive list of the latest USDA food nutrient
values for over 5,000 food items. Included are approximately 32 nutrient
and chemical values or each food item for a total of 160,000. The program
and database was developed by a team of registered dietitians and computer
scientists. The program allows quick and easy access to all of these values.
Food substances can be selected by full name, partial name or group. (Requires
Windows 3.1, 95, 98 or NT).
