SciProtein Features
- Homology and Motif Searching. Match partial or total primary or secondary structures, or both, with use of a unique, compressed form of the PDB Protein Databank.
- Property Maps. Interactive maps showing up to five properties, e.g., hydropathy or antigenicity.
- Graphics Editor. Manipulate primary and secondary structures, insert, delete, or add new sequences, and build structures in Alchemy® 2000 or HyperChem®.
- Structure Prediction. Predict secondary structures or build a new predictor based on protein training set.
