digiMaticTM

If you have ever recovered data values with the old ruler and magnifying glass method, you need digiMatic! digiMatic was developed to take the pain, frustration and error out of the time-consuming chore of extracting underlying x-y data values from printed charts, plots, diagrams and graphs. digiMatic can digitize up to 100 curves, up to 1,500 points per curve, and up to 5,000 points overall in a given session. digiMatic works with any of the programs you already have so you can use drawing, painting, spreadsheet, graphics, or even word processing documents to display scanned images. It works beautifully with graphics tablets and can even be used by temporarily taping an overhead transparency of a graph over your monitor. The program supports linear and log axes in any combination, automatically estimates areas under curves, and will even estimate an arc length automatically. Other special features include, Linear and log axes supported, Multiple graphs on a single graph supported, Easy-to-use Manual and Auto-scanning modes; Scanner useful but not required; Automatic "un rotate" feature for non-orthogonal images; Automatic area-under-curve and arc length calculations.
