Experimental Design Calculator
There are many varieties of screening designs, however, the Plackett-Burman
design is the most versatile and offers a good balance between the number
of experiments and the re-use of experimental data in future designs. This
program is used for the planning, design and analysis of Plackett-Burman
screening designs. The worksheets come preformatted for designs from 12
to 24 runs and 8 to 20 screening factors. The user simply chooses a design,
selects factor ranges, and performs the experiments calculated by the program.
You can input just the results to get preformatted charts of significant
factors, complete with a statistical analysis of the effects of each factor/response
pair. (Requires Windows 3.1, 95, 98 or NT and Excel 5.0 or higher).
