BELLCO PRINTED GLASS MICROSCOPE SLIDES
Bellco Printed Glass Microscope Slides eliminate the tedious
task of marking slides with a grease pencil. Fire ceramic printing provides
a micro-edge to increase liquid retention, yet resists volatile solvents
and enables the slides to withstand repeated autoclavings. A variety of
test-specific slides are available, or Bellco can customize slides in multiple
colors and configurations fullfilling your specific requirements. All slides
measure 25mm x 75mm.
5638-Antibody Plaque Assay Slide
•Use this slide for observing antibody formation by localized hemagglutination/ immunocytoadherence. Sheep lymphoid cells are one of many cells studied with this slide.
•Assay samples are pipetted into the center of slide rectangle
•A cover slip is utilized to spread the sample evenly across and then placed over sample
•Chamber is Vaseline sealed, incubated at 37°C for 30 to 60 minutes. Sample examined in two-three hours for plaque formation
•Localized agglutination requires longer intervals
