YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
The year 2000 date rollover has created a nationwide and
even worldwide concern by companies resulting in complete analysis of products,
systems, and services. TWC BioSearch International and Bellco Glass, Inc.
has completed a thorough review of the products we produce and supply as
well as our computer operating systems. The products that Bellco Glass,
Inc. supplies have been reviewed and none of them are date dependent. We
have surveyed our suppliers, their Y2K responses were received, analyzed
and they are Y2K compliant or have a plan to be compliant prior to the
year 2000. All applications of our computer systems hardware and software
have been, tested, assessed and being upgraded for year 2000 conformity.
Therefore, TWC BioSearch International and Bellco Glass, Inc. do not anticipate
the conducting of business being affected by the turn of the century.
