10-Mer Oligo Mapping Kits

 

Genemed 10-mer Oligo Mapping Kits contain 10-base oligonucleotide primers for use in genetic mapping. Genemed Synthesis currently has 900 different 10-base primers in stock. These kits are sold in kits of 100 sequences each and are named Kit 1 through Kit 9. These sequences have no self-complimentary ends and are selected at random with a requirement that their G+C content is 60% to 70%.	Each Kit has 100 sequences of 10-mer oligos with 0.5 OD in each oligo
